OptiVis® does not sell, license, export, or provide access to any defense-related technology, product, or service to private individuals, private entities, or foreign governments, whether directly or through intermediaries.

Any request for purchase, partnership, or technical collaboration from non-U.S. governmental entities, foreign nationals, or private organizations will be declined without exception.

Unauthorized access, export, or use of OptiVis® defense technologies is strictly prohibited and may violate U.S. federal law, including ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations).

OptiVis® reserves the right to fully cooperate with U.S. authorities regarding any inquiry, investigation, or enforcement action related to misuse or unlawful access to defense-related materials.
