OptiVis is an AI engineering firm in Sugar Land, Texas, founded in 2024. We build private AI for law firms and other professional firms: custom models and knowledge systems that answer from the firm's own documents and show the passage each answer came from.
What does "private AI" mean at OptiVis?
It means something you can check. Every engagement gets a written data-boundary document that states where each part of the system runs, which data reaches which provider, and how logs, backups, support access, retention, and deletion are handled.
Does OptiVis AI make up answers or citations?
Our systems answer only from your own documents and cite the source passage. If an answer can't be backed by the source, the system says so instead of guessing.
Who does OptiVis work with?
Mostly law firms and other professional firms that can't send client data to a public chatbot.
