Your firm doesn't have
an automation problem.
It has an unbuilt operational system.

OptiVis builds the system — local AI, sub-60-second intake, and a litigation stack designed by a practicing trial attorney.

Why we exist

Most firms aren't underperforming because their attorneys are bad. They're underperforming because their operational stack was assembled in pieces — a CRM here, a case management tool there, an answering service, an intake form, a lead spreadsheet — none of it built to work together.

The result: leads die in inboxes nobody checks on weekends. Medical records take 90 days. Deposition prep eats Friday nights. Partners spend Monday morning hunting for which platform has the answer to a basic question.

OptiVis exists because the gap isn't software. It's that nobody is building the system. We do that, and we don't leave until it's running.

What makes us different

OptiVis runs AI on hardware sitting in your office, not in someone else's cloud.

We deploy a Jetson Orin Nano with a fine-tuned local LLM at your firm. Intake responds in under 60 seconds, 24/7. Discovery sets, motion drafts, and case-finding queries run on your data, behind your firewall. Privileged work never leaves the building.

PI ENGINE handles the front end — intake, lead response, qualification, and routing.

LITIGATOR handles the back end — 3,579 case findings, 33 motion builders, and 75 discovery sets, all cited to O'Connor's, the CPRC, and the TRCP. Client-side, offline-capable.

This is the only legal-tech stack where the AI doesn't depend on an outside connection — and the only one designed by a practicing Texas trial attorney.

The People Behind OptiVis

Abdullah Siddiqui

Founder, CEO & Head Systems Architect

Background: Abdullah founded OptiVis in late 2024 after years of working in the backend infrastructure and operations of law firms, where he saw a fundamental gap in legal technology: firms were being sold isolated tools but lacked the operational expertise to turn those tools into systematic competitive advantage. With deep experience in systems architecture, AI deployment, CRMs, and legal operations optimization, he saw an opportunity to engineer complete operational transformation rather than piecemeal software adoption.

Expertise: Systems architecture—designs and deploys automation ecosystems integrating CRM, case management, call intelligence, and business analytics platforms. AI infrastructure—NVIDIA Developer Program member and NVIDIA AI Platform certified, pioneering edge computing deployment with expertise in Jetson hardware and local LLM implementation. Legal operations—deep understanding of law firm economics from years of backend infrastructure work, including intake, case management, and revenue optimization. Automation engineering—HubSpot-certified, with advanced Zapier implementation, API integration, and multi-platform workflow automation.

Certifications & memberships: NVIDIA Developer Program Member · NVIDIA AI Platform Certified & Licensed · HubSpot Certified · Local LLM/SLM Implementation Specialist

Approach: "I love being on-site with our local clients, embedded in their operations, seeing exactly where the friction is. You can't engineer real solutions from a conference room—you have to be in the guts of the work, watching how staff actually use systems, understanding what breaks down at 5:47 PM on Friday when everyone's tired. That's where the magic happens."

Hasan Abdul Kadir

Director of Logistics and Technologies

Background: Hasan brings years of experience in technology infrastructure and operational logistics to OptiVis. His expertise ensures that OptiVis's automation architectures translate into flawless execution for client firms.

Expertise: Logistics optimization—implementation timelines, multi-platform integrations, and zero-disruption deployments. Technology operations—infrastructure deployment, system testing, and quality assurance. Project management—complex implementations across multiple stakeholders and platforms. Client success—onboarding, training, and sustainable adoption.

Role at OptiVis: Hasan oversees the operational backbone that makes OptiVis implementations work. Abdullah designs the strategic architecture and AI systems; Hasan makes sure every component deploys perfectly, every integration functions seamlessly, and every client team is trained to maximize system value.

Philosophy: "The difference between theoretical automation and actual results is execution precision. We don't just design elegant systems—we deploy them flawlessly. When we say we'll be on-site for our local clients, we mean it. I'm the guy who shows up at 7 AM to make sure your system is live before your team arrives."

Approach: Hasan's implementation methodology guarantees rapid deployment without operational disruption. Even complex multi-location, multi-platform integrations go live on schedule. For local Houston-area clients, he provides hands-on implementation support and on-demand troubleshooting.

Alexis George Cownan, Esq.

Co-Founder, Trial Counsel

Background: Alexis Cownan is a practicing trial attorney based in Houston and a co-founder of OptiVis. He co-developed LITIGATOR, OptiVis's in-firm litigation intelligence platform—3,579 case findings, 33 motion builders, and 75 discovery sets, all cited directly to O'Connor's, the CPRC, and the TRCP, running offline inside the firm's environment so privileged work never leaves the building.

Role at OptiVis: Alexis is the bridge between what's technically possible and what holds up in a Texas courtroom. Every workflow, automation, and AI tool OptiVis ships for a litigation team passes through him. If a system would create an ethical conflict, a UPL exposure, or a workflow that doesn't survive contact with how lawyers actually try cases, Alexis kills it before it ships.

Contributions: LITIGATOR architecture—co-designed the 3,579-finding library, motion-builder logic, and discovery-set system from a practicing trial attorney's point of view, with every output cited to O'Connor's, the CPRC, and the TRCP. Litigation system design—decides what gets automated, what stays human, and what an attorney must see before signing. Compliance & UPL boundaries—ensures every AI-assisted workflow respects bar requirements, client confidentiality, and the lines around the unauthorized practice of law. Attorney-side testing—runs OptiVis tools through real motion practice and real depositions, not staged demos.

Philosophy: "Software written for lawyers by people who don't try cases is software lawyers don't use. The best tool is the one a trial attorney can pick up the morning of a hearing and trust without reading a manual."

Why it matters for clients: Most legal-tech vendors design from a developer's desk. OptiVis designs from inside a trial attorney's caseload. That difference is why our systems get adopted instead of shelved.

Proof

You can audit every LITIGATOR output line-by-line against O'Connor's, the CPRC, and the TRCP. Bring your associate. Bring your most skeptical paralegal.

The hardware sits in your office. Pull the network cable during the demo. The system keeps working — your data never left the building.

The co-founder is a practicing Texas trial attorney who personally signs off on every motion, finding, and discovery set before it ships. He'll talk to you before you sign anything.

Founder credentials are verifiable in five minutes: NVIDIA Developer Program member, NVIDIA AI Platform certified, HubSpot certified.

Bring your hardest case.

What we don't do

We don't bill hourly. Project-based pricing or nothing.

We don't resell white-label software with our logo on it. The systems we build are custom.

We don't take cases. We're a technology firm. Your clients are yours.

We don't push cloud-only AI on you. Local deployment is the default for litigation work.

Book a 20-minute teardown.

We'll spend it on your operational stack — what's leaking, what's redundant, and what would compound. No pitch deck, no automated follow-up sequence.
